For product help, billing questions, security reports or account deletion, email support@endito.app. Include the email used for your Endito account and a short description of what happened. Never send passwords, API keys or payment-card details.

Billing

Endito is sold through Link, the Stripe merchant of record service. Manage renewal, payment details and invoices from your account page or at link.com. Refunds follow our refund policy.

Get the signed and notarized macOS app on the download page.

Response times

We aim to answer support requests within two business days. Security and service-availability issues are prioritized.
