Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Endito website, desktop app and hosted services (together, "Endito"). Endito is operated by David Havlín, Beňadická 15, 851 06 Bratislava, Slovakia (Company ID (IČO) 53696298, Tax ID (DIČ) 1127205090), "we" or "us". By using Endito, you agree to these terms.

Your account

You sign in with Apple, Google or GitHub. You are responsible for your account, the activity in your workspace and the content you create or publish. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.

Plans

Free includes one lifetime project per workspace. Deleting that project does not restore the slot. Pro includes unlimited projects and is a subscription billed monthly or yearly. The price in your currency, with any tax and any running offer, is shown at checkout before you pay. AI features have a usage limit: a one-time amount on Free and a monthly amount on Pro. Payments and Link

Orders are sold through Link, the Stripe merchant of record service. Link handles payment, tax, invoices and billing support, and your order shows as "Sold through Link". Your purchase is also subject to the Link terms.

Renewal and cancellation

Pro renews automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly period until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account page or at link.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. After that, one project stays on Free and other projects become read-only for a limited time so you can export them. Published legal pages may stay online with Endito branding.

Refunds

You can get a full refund within 14 days. See the refund policy.

Your content

You keep ownership of your content. You give us the limited rights needed to store, process, display and send it to provide the features you use, for example publishing to App Store Connect or Google Play. You must have the rights to everything you upload or publish.

AI features

Some features generate text or images with AI. AI output can be wrong, similar to other content, or unsuitable for store rules. Review it before you use or publish it. You are responsible for what you publish.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• break the law or the rules of Apple, Google or other stores you publish to;
• upload malware or content that infringes the rights of others;
• publish illegal, deceptive or harmful content on hosted pages;
• attack, overload, scrape or reverse engineer the service;
• bypass plan limits or share accounts to avoid paying.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Service changes

We may change or stop features. We will give reasonable notice when a change removes paid functionality you rely on.

Disclaimers

Endito helps you prepare and publish store materials, but we do not guarantee store approval, rankings or sales, and we do not give legal advice. Hosted legal page templates are a starting point, not legal advice. Endito is provided "as is" to the extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Disputes go to the courts of the Slovak Republic, unless consumer law gives you the right to use the courts where you live.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will tell you about material changes before they take effect.
